Greener Building
We’re proud to say that this Federal style home is the first residence in Northbrook to utilize geothermal heating and cooling.
We used a variety of sustainable materials and techniques, including certified recycled lumber, a standing seam roof that reflects sunlight, and highly energy-efficient windows.
We managed to recycle 95% of the waste generated during the project's construction.
