Our challenge: maximize useable living space — both indoors and out — on a long but shallow lot. A key feature of our design was the rounded, fully windowed sunroom built at the east end of the home.

We laid out the dining room, family room, kitchen, office, and mudroom on the first floor. Upstairs, we created four bedrooms with 4.5 baths.

The fully-finished basement features high ceilings with a playroom, an additional bedroom (designed to double as an exercise room), and a wine cellar.
