Wilmette Historic Preservation
Winner of the 2007 Wilmette Historic Preservation Award.
This grand neoclassical home, built circa 1875, was one of the first residences constructed in Wilmette.
The historic preservation included renovation to most of the interior, a two-story addition to the north side of the house, and rebuilding of the exterior porch on the south side of the house. We added dormer windows at the roof line and rebuilt all the original ionic-style capitols.
