This massive Northbrook home, built in the 60s, had survived a number of renovations and additions throughout the 70s and 80s. But the time had come to do it right.

Our renovation work was both complete and dramatic. We removed the tired brick exterior and wrapped the home in a lighter, warmer exterior of lannon stone and cedar shake siding.

We gutted the entire interior and replaced existing plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems. We moved a number of walls to optimize space and flow. We added six bathrooms, and installed a new kitchen and a home theater.

Out back, we built an attached three car garage and a detached pool house.
